This apple cider moscow mule is made with caramel vodka and is the ultimate fall cocktail. Cozy and refreshing, it captures the essence of the season.
Quite literally, this apple cider moscow mule might be my new favorite fall cocktail. Ok, maybe it’s in 2nd place because I will forever love pumpkin beer. But if I don’t want a beer, then I definitely want this cocktail instead. The caramel vodka and apple cider add a warmth and sweetness, while the ginger beer and lime juice keep it balanced and refreshing. It is seriously so good! Plus I took it over the top by dipping some apple slices in caramel sauce for the garnish. It’s a drink and treat all in one!
Ingredients for apple cider moscow mule
Caramel vodka- you can use regular vodka but I highly recommend caramel vodka. It adds the perfect sweetness without being too sweet.
Apple cider- crisp and full of apple flavor
Lime juice- the acidity of the lime balances the flavors and gives it that classic mule tartness
Ginger beer- the spiciness adds the right amount of bite making it the perfect contrast to the sweetness of the caramel and apple. I love Stoli ginger beer because it’s not overly spicy.
Apple slices dipped in caramel- an extra layer of indulgence and it looks really good too
