This blueberry rosé wine cocktail combines the sweet and tart flavors of blueberries with the delicate notes of rose wine, enhanced by the fruity punch of peach schnapps and a splash of lemonade for a refreshing twist.
I made this wine cocktail with my homemade rosé wine. When we decided to make our own wine, we couldn’t decide what kind to try first. And because we were giving them as gifts, it made the decision harder.
So we were trying to weigh out how many of our recipients liked red vs white vs fruity etc… So we went with pink. I myself love fruity wine with blueberry or blackberry ranking the highest. Same with my boyfriend. But, if I’m out somewhere and I want to order wine then I go for a white zinfandel. I am definitely a sweeter white or sweeter red kind of wine drinker. Unfortunately, I’m not real into the dry wines. Oh hell and if you really wanna know something totally red neck about me then here goes- I like ice in my wine! “GASP” Even red wines!! “O.M.G. the horror!” Whatever. Drink it how you like it. I will never judge you for it.
Rose wine
This was our first attempt at homemade wine. I called it 2 cats wine cellars. Elvira Kittypants is on the right and Nero is on the left. Unfortunately, Nero is no loner with us. He disappeared on the 4th of July in 2016. Several months later, Pete showed up and then a few years ago (2, I think) Asher decided to live with us. So now I would have to call it 3 cats wine cellars and there’s no way in hell I could get them in a picture together.
This wine cocktail could be for anyone who doesn’t like straight up wine. Or for those that got a rosé wine as a gift and you don’t particularly like it. (Better not be anyone I know! Haha) Oh wait, actually it’s my boyfriend. He doesn’t quite like this rosé. I told him it tastes similar to a white zinfandel which he has had with me before. Oh well. His loss, more for me!! But he does like this blueberry rosé wine cocktail.
