This bolero cocktail is like a taste of fall elegance. It merges the crisp sweetness of apples with the smooth kick of rum and sweet vermouth, making it a drink that’s as refreshing as it is sophisticated.
A bolero is a song, a dance, a jacket, and a cocktail! Who knew? I was perusing some cocktail books looking for some inspiration and this bolero cocktail kept coming up. So I was intrigued and knew I had to try it. And It’s actually really good!
This drink is actually a little bit out of the ordinary but still accessible and easy to make. It brings the flavors of fall to life, perfect for warming up an a cool evening or adding a touch of sophistication to any occasion.
The Bolero cocktail pairs beautifully with light appetizers, such as apple and brie crostini, roasted nuts, or a charcuterie board featuring smoked meats and cheeses. It’s also a fantastic sipper for dessert, particularly when paired with caramel treats or apple pie.
