We’re taking the classic white russian and adding in a buttery, caramel flavor that adds a tasty little twist.
I don’ t know why a white russian reminds me of the holiday season. But for some reason I wanted to make this cocktail and post it during Christmas. There’s something about the sweet, creaminess of the drink that reminds me of sitting by the Christmas tree under a cozy blanket, next to a fireplace maybe and sipping on this cocktail. I’ll have one of these and one of my eggnog toasted almond‘s that I posted last year please!
Ingredients for a butterscotch white russian
Vodka
Coffee liqueur
Butterscotch schnapps
Heavy cream/ half n half/or milk of your choice
Recipe
The recipe is super simple-
Throw it all in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Pour into a rocks glass.

(serves 1)
1 ounce coffee liqueur
2 ounces vodka
1 1/2 ounces butterscotch schnapps
1 ounce half n half/ heavy cream/ milk of your choice
In a cocktail shaker with ice, add vodka, coffee liqueur, butterscotch schnapps and cream. Shake well. Pour into a rocks glass. Add more ice if necessary.
