Cake by the ocean cocktail
(serves 1)
- 1 ounce cake vodka
- 1 ounce coconut rum
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1 ounce orange juice (I used fresh squeezed mandarin juice for a sweeter twist)
- Orange slice and maraschino cherry for garnish, optional
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in the cake vodka, coconut rum, pineapple juice, and orange or mandarin juice. Shake until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange slice and maraschino cherry.
