Milk- any variety will do. I use unsweetened almond milk.

Frozen banana- I love the texture that a frozen banana gives a smoothie. You could also substitute with frozen avocado chunks. But I feel that the banana also gives it a little bit of sweetness.
Spinach- it’s packed with vitamins and minerals and you can’t even taste it in this smoothie .
Frozen dark cherries- little gems of sweetness providing antioxidants and fiber.
Collagen powder- supporting skin and joint health.
Recipe
Chocolate cherry collagen smoothie
(serves 1)
1 cup of milk
1 Tablespoon of cocoa powder
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup spinach
1 scoop collagen powder
1/2 cup frozen dark cherries
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. If the consistency is too thick, you can add more milk until you reach your desired thickness.
