It’s a tropical Christmas! With 2 different kinds of rum and 3 different juices, this cranberry rum punch will transport you to the Caribbean for your holiday season.
I am so all about being anywhere tropical right now. Sickness has taken over our house for the past month and a half and I’m over it. I need a vacation in the warm weather with some beachy cocktails. But alas, here I am. Just dreaming of blue water and sandy beaches. And making rum cocktails with a Christmas twist just pretending to be anywhere tropical. And hey, there’s some vitamin C in this drink so maybe that help with my cold. HA.
Ingredients for cranberry rum punch
Rum- light rum, white rum, whatever you want to call it
Jamaican rum
lemon juice- fresh squeezed, preferably
orange juice- I used fresh squeezed mandarin juice but you can use store bought oj
cranberry juice
lemon slice and fresh cranberries for garnish
Recipe
The recipe is very simple. Unless you choose to use fresh juice like I did, which doesn’t make it hard, it just takes a few extra minutes.
All you need to do is throw it all in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake away. Garnishing with lemon slices and fresh cranberries is optional.
To health, wealth, and happiness! Cheers!
