Because my diet does not start in January! I lost 10 pounds since this post. Actually it was probably about a month after that post because I emotionally ate my way through August. So since September I lost 10 pounds and 2 of them crept back on over thanksgiving. Those damn pies of mine are just too good. Not to brag or anything. So I just want to make sure that I don’t go all who gives a fuck and just keep eating my way through December. I can’t wait for cookies though! I can’t wait to start eating all the cookie dough too! I’m not afraid of raw eggs. Until I get deathly ill. But I made sure to keep working out over the weekend and definitely through the week and to try and eat better. And because I’m still on a sugar high from too much pie I thought what better way to curb that craving than with chocolate in the form of a healthy post workout shake.
double chocolate raspberry protein shake
1 cup ice
1/2 cup frozen red raspberries (or fresh)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 Tbl cocoa powder
1 cup almond milk
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend away.
