Looking to elevate your coffee game? This decadent spiked chocolate peanut butter coffee blends the smooth richness of coffee with the nutty warmth of peanut butter whiskey, all topped off with a whipped chocolatey milk for the perfect creamy finish.
Here’s how to make this indulgent brew that’s sure to become your go-to for cozy mornings, lazy afternoons, or after dinner indulgence.
Ingredients for spiked chocolate peanut butter coffee
Fresh brewed coffee
Peanut butter whiskey- if you’re on a budget, you can substitute peanut butter schnapps
Milk- your choice, I actually used goat milk in mine- it’s very creamy and good!
Chocolate Bailey’s- this is a newer product. You can use any chocolate cream liqueur
Why you’re going to love it:
Peanut butter whiskey adds a playful, nutty sweetness that pairs perfectly with coffee’s natural richness
Adding the chocolate Bailey’s to the milk and whipping (or frothing) it brings a velvety texture that makes each sip feel like dessert.
It’s the perfect balance of caffeine, alcohol, and chocolate peanut buttery goodness!
Want a cold version? Simply let the coffee cool (or use a cold brew) and serve it over ice.
Recipe
Spiked chocolate peanut butter coffee
(serves 1)
8-10 ounces fresh brewed coffee
1 ounce peanut butter whiskey
2 ounces milk of your choice
1 ounce chocolate Bailey’s
While the coffee is brewing, add the milk and chocolate Bailey’s to a cup or jar. Use a frother or a whisk to whip the mixture until it’s light and fluffy. Pour coffee into a coffee cup (if it’s not already) and add the peanut butter whiskey. Slowly add the whipped mixture over the coffee allowing it to float on top.
Whether you’re looking for a cozy pick-me-up or a decadent nightcap, this coffee hits all the right notes.
To health, wealth, and happiness! Cheers!
