The sweet, spiciness of chai tea combined with the creamy deliciousness of Irish cream and the kick of Irish whiskey makes this spiked Irish chai tea one tasty drink.
Nothing says comforting like a warm mug of tea. Especially one that’s spiked with alcohol. The Irish cream gives this tea a sweet, creamy goodness and the Irish whiskey gives it some smooth, caramel notes. Obviously, they both give this tea a really good kick. Alternately, if chai tea is not your thing, Irish cream and Irish whiskey go fantastic together in coffee.
Ingredients for spiked Irish chai tea
Chai tea – I used Twinings chai tea that I had bought for this pumpkin chai cocktail Chai tea is a black tea blended with rich, warm spices such as cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and cloves,
Irish cream- Bailey’s being an obvious choice, but I’m cheap sometimes so I buy Ryan’s Irish cream.
Irish whiskey- I used Jameson
