Nothing says fall like warm apple cider. And nothing says delicious like warm apple cider with peanut butter whiskey!
Peanut butter liquor- whiskey, schnapps, rum, etc.. is my new favorite thing to add to my cocktails. It reminds me of the cinnamon whiskey phase a few years ago, which is still going strong. I used to love reese’s creamer in my coffee but then they stopped making it. It’s kind of funny though because give me a bucket full of candy and a reese’s would not be my first choice. Or second, third, or fourth… But give me a drink I can add peanut butter flavor to, I’m all in!

Oh my goodness! It’s so simple it’s embarrassing.
Warm apple cider
Peanut butter whiskey
Cinnamon stick for garnish, optional
You could even use peanut butter schnapps if you want something cheaper and less alcohol by volume. But whiskey goes well with apples and why not have more alcohol.
Recipe
Embarrassingly easy as well.
Warm your apple cider in a small pot on your stove or in the microwave. Pour in peanut butter whiskey. Add a cinnamon stick for garnish and to stir it up and to add a little bit of extra spice.

(serves 1)
2 ounces peanut butter whiskey
6 ounces apple cider (more or less depending on the size of your glass)
cinnamon stick, optional
Warm your apple cider in a pan on the stove or in the microwave. Remove from heat. Add in peanut butter whiskey. Garnish with a cinnamon stick optional.
