just a few things I’ve been up to lately…..
Sculpting. My son loves movie companies. He saw something on youtube where someone was sculpting movie company logos. We tried this once before but he was insistent that we really try it again. So we did. He actually helped a lot this time.
The finished product. It’s the boy fishing on the moon “dreamworks” logo. We have to let it dry before we finish painting it.
Next we made cookies!
He ran and got his bakers hat and wanted me to take a picture of him while the cookies were baking in the oven.
Our Valentine M&M cookies! Notice the top 3 cookies. They have chocolate chips and m&m’s in them. They are for my mom. She hates m&m’s. So Jackson teases her and tries to get her to eat m&m’s. It was his idea to make her a couple of chocolate chip cookies and sneak in a few m&m’s. He’s too funny.
I shared this on my Instagram stories on Saturday. I’m drinking a pumpkin beer while building the Harry Potter Hogwart’s hospital lego setJackson got for Christmas. I love building legos. Except for the newer Mario lego sets. They suck and are really dumb. I think I may have shared that before.

An exploding volcano! It actually never exploded. It was like a bath bomb that fizzed out and revealed this little thing called a beaker creature. He liked it, but he wanted an explosion.
And that’s it! What a wonderful week of staying home and playing and creating and just enjoying life.
