just a few things I’ve been up to lately…..
Had a visit from some super heroes
Jax and his best friend who’s aunt is our neighbor and she’s moving in a few weeks and it’s devastating that he’s not going to see him anymore.
Our local library has a summer program called around the world. Last week was Mexico.
And we made a pinata
Baked a cake and cupcakes for my dad for Father’s day. I forgot to take a pic of the finished products.

Went to a farmers market. I think we need to officially retire the stroller.

I’m reading a book! I have about 100 pages left and I absolutely LOVE it. It just won the pulitzer prize and some other award and the author deserves them all because it is just so good.
I really like this affirmation from my Louise Hay daily calendar. It reminds me of another one I constantly say to myself- “What you think of me is none of my business”

This picture absolutely cracks me up. Elvira kittypants sitting like a baby on mike’s lap while Jackson was getting a bath. She stayed like that for a while too!
