just a few things I’ve been up to lately….
Still celebrating my birthday this week. My sister took me out to breakfast. We went to this place called Waffles Incaffinated. I had the most delicious eggs benedict over waffles with crab meat. It was divine. I forgot to take a picture. The food is really good. Everything on the menu looks really good too.
Then Mikey and I went on a day date. We went to Vallozzi’s and I had the most delicious porcini and truffle ravioli with a pork ragu. I forgot to take a pic of it too.
Making Halloween M&M cookies
My shoes broke. I used to wear these heels out all of the time but now since I only leave my hpuse like twice a year, I liked to wear this around the house to cook and clean. But now they broke. Obviously the pleather was starting to peel off but they were so comfy and one of my highest pair of heels.
His push bike broke. And don’t worry, the whole neighborhood used to ask us when we were going to make him walk but he liked to ride on it and text his grandpap and then the last block of the walk he would race his dad home. But since it broke he still wants to go for a walk and he walks the whole 1/2 hour it takes.
Asher keeps me company while I work out. She especially likes to jump on your chest when your trying to bench press. It’s fun.
Made this delicious potsticker soup and this orange chicken with some air fryer broccoli one night.

Trying out Super Mario Bros Wonder again….
Almost exactly a year ago, we went to Target to buy The Rainbow Fish book and then to the craft store to make a craft for it. Well, in school they read The Rainbow Fish and did this coloring page. It was cute because he became infatuated again with it and makes me read the book to him every morning.
And then he decided to make Rainbow Teddy Hamster. He’s too funny. Luckily he didn’t glue the stuff on her fur.
I made this spinach baked gnocchi and oh.my.word. is it delicious and very easy to make. And fed us for 2 days even after Mikey had 3 helpings.
And that’s it! Another fabulous week in the books!
