just a few things I’ve been up to lately….
We went back to school shopping

Promised him Chuck E Cheese if he went shopping with me

Went swimming with his cousin. Basically had the place to ourselves and unfortunately for that reason, they closed early

CSA haul
Fettucine with swiss chard from the CSA and shrimp, asparagus, and scallops. Delish!
He’s crushing oreos in the bag
To make no churn homemade peanut butter oreo ice cream
I canned banana pepper mustard. Peppers were from my garden.
Then made a seasoned chuck roast in my crockpot and put it in tacos with broccoli slaw that you mix with pepper mustard and top with banana pepper rings, radishes, and cilantro. Absolutely delish!
Well 1 month from today my baby turns 7 and 1 week from today, he starts 1st grade! Where in the world does time go???????
And that’s it! Another wonderful week in the books!
