just a few things I’ve been up to lately…….
I just discovered this creamer and I am OBSESSED. And while it doesn’t look like the iced matcha with lavender cold foam, it tastes just like it. And it costs less than a grande matcha at Starbucks. Plus Starbucks doesn’t have it on their menu anymore because they now have their summer menu out. The only problem is that I only found this creamer at Target and when I went today to buy more, they were out. And I have 2 Target’s near me but only 1 sells this item. I must find more and stock up!!! I’m now on a mission…
Last Friday Jax had the day off from school for their “school picnic” which is a day at a local amusement park. You have to buy tickets but the school gets a discount. They start the day with a parade downtown. Each grade marches in the parade with your teacher if you want to (Jax did not want to, he preferred to watch and wave to his friends from the sidewalk). They have the marching bands and a few other things.
The seniors decorate their cars for a contest. This car won 1st place. It’s a “Toy Story” car. It was really cute.
Then we went out to eat for breakfast.
And then to the park. It was a very chilly day and the rain held off for most of it.
All squished in for a ride on the “Kangaroo”
He loved the ride called “The Whip”
Went to his cousins graduation party on Sunday
It was at a Bed and Breakfast that was part of a larger farm from 1786. The farmhouse was built around 1865. Jackson went around taking pictures of old documents that were hanging in the rooms

It was freezing at the party
On Memorial Day we bought a grill and later I made burgers and hot dogs
We finally had a nice warm rain free day so Jax and his dad played in his sand box
And that’s it! Another wonderful week in the books! And the last week of school is this week!
