Lots of crafts this week
Painting sesh with Aunt Nay
My son picked the wine painting!!?? Mine is the cityscape and Nay’s is the desert but she is very particular and didn’t get to finish it. (She took it home to finish)
Things I find on my phone #33
Ice cream break
CSA haul- corn, potatoes, cabbage, onions, kale, escarole, dill, and july apples
With the cabbage and dill, I made this coleslaw from food network. It was really good. It was supposed to have green grapes in it which probably would have made it even better but I forgot to buy them.
I stopped at the farm stand below the CSA farm (barn) and picked up a few items- peaches, carrots, beets for this beet avocado salad, and swiss chard for shrimp and grits.
Another craft. They are little kits we pick up from the library and they are so cute
This on came with a bag of popcorn which we made and then ate while we watched “A Minecraft Movie”
Speaking of Minecraft, we put together this Lego set

Library summer reading program
We learned about forests and streams and he did a pressed leaf coloring craft
TV talk- Are y’all watching The McBee Dynasty season 2 on Bravo??? Well you should be! Make sure to watch season 1 first though. It’s so good.
