just a few things I’ve been up to lately…..

Pie time! He sat at the “kids table” by himself because his little cousin wasn’t coming until later.

Jax taking a pic of us as we were trying to round up the cats for our annual Christmas card pic that my niece Lena was going to take of us.

Cousin Gracie ready to perform

A smile from baby Clara

I tried so hard to get a pic of these 2 together and it just didn’t happen

We ate so much we had to go for a walk in the evening and it was so freezing we cut it short

Home Depot DIY Holiday workshop.

They always have one the Saturday after Thanksgiving as an extra for the holidays

It’s an ornament photo frame

Supa Dupa the Elf on a Shelf returned December 1st!!

He had off school on Monday so we went to McDonald’s

He looks so tired in this pic but he was just so hungry. It was really busy and we waited forever

Thought he was back to school on Tuesday but nope! Remote learning day. He played in the snow for over an hour in the morning, for a half an hour when his dad got home from work, and then again after dinner . He LOVES the snow.

Remote learning activity was to combine 2 classes together. Here he is combing Art and PE by making a snowman (his teacher’s words, not mine).

That silly elf! And unfortunately Jax is so excited to see what the elf is up to that he woke up at 430 in the morning (like it was Christmas) just so he could go see him.

I call this chicken meatball chicken egg drop soup and it was very good and perfect for a day that snowed a few inches. Recipe is similar to my Turkey meatball soup except I used ground chicken instead of turkey for the meatballs, I didn’t use noodles instead I used egg drop plus I added some diced chicken.
And that’s it! Another wonderful week in the books!
Hope you have a great week ahead!
