Just a few things I’ve been up to lately……
Elvira had to go back to the vets for an ear check
A local library had their book sale and Jax and I picked out 26 kids books for $10
Packing for vacation and Elvira kittypants said, “Take me with you!”
And off we went on vacation for the weekend
First stop is Sara’s for lunch

Unfortunately it was super windy and the wind was cold, so no beach time this year
Took a trip to the mall to buy some hoodies and Jax scored and got the Kinger plushie for his collection
He bought the collection with him and “unpacked” all his toys and set them up when we got to our airbnb
We stayed at the same place we did last year because it’s such a cool place. It’s a “tree house”

We basically spent all weekend in the hot tub. Jax loved it and “swam’ in it and played the whole time
It rained for part of Saturday and Jax threw up 3 times for an unknown reason but after some gingerale, pretzels, and a 5 minute nap he was good to go for the afternoon and the weather cleared so went bike riding by the lake
We went to a local breakfast spot on Sunday before heading home
Library story time on Monday. It was a Mad Science presentation where they dissected an owl pellet for bones
And made their own fossils out of plaster of paris
Bought this book to take on vacation. Read it in 3 days. Loved it! Could. Not. Put. It. Down. SOOOO good!
And that’s it! Another wonderful week in the books!
