what up wednesdays

just a few things I’ve been up to lately…..

Oh where do I start.
So I’ve been going on forever about my mystery illness…and the plot thickens. I went to sleep this past Friday at 11pm and woke up at 10am, had 2 cups of coffee, and went back to sleep at noon and slept til 2:30pm. The only reason I got up at 2:30 is because I had a party to attend at 3:30. It was a sweet 16 party for our friends twin daughters. At this party I ate lunch meat wrapped in lettuce dipped in mustard. Oh YUM! right? Gluten free party food. So anyway, I go to my doctors appointment yesterday where he proceeds to tell me that I don’t have to be gluten free anymore(just when I was getting the hang of it) and that this medication that I had been on for almost 6 weeks totally screwed up my bloodwork and basically made me anemic and would totally explain why I’ve had negative zero energy all month long and made me feel like shit on top of the extreme shit I already feel. Now for the best part. He gave me another prescription and said let’s try this even though we don’t even know what I have going on and said to get my bloodwork checked in 1 week and to see him in 2 weeks. And to immediately stop the other medication I was on before, of course. So now I’m back to suffering again and I literally cried myself to sleep last night. I am so completely distraught and disgusted.
But, but, but….The Pens are 1 game away from winning the Stanley Cup!!!!!!! Oh please, oh please, oh please! The games are adding to my stress levels too. Everyone of these games are a nail biter. Every game of the whole playoffs has been a nail biter. But I love it! Good stress-is that such a thing? As long as they win it is. HA!
So yea, that’s about all I’ve been up to. But now I can go drink beer and eat lil ceasar’s pizza and a big ol fat juicy hamburger on a real bun and I can make my award winning pies and shove everything in my face. If I can stay awake long enough to do it.
