what up wednesdays

Just a few things I’ve been up to lately…..


Is this not the cutest coffee mug ever??? Especially the black and white cat wearing the pink glasses that looks exactly like my little boy Nero that ran away last summer. I found the mug at Pier One. They also had stemless wine glasses with a party cat on each one but I didn’t buy them. (Hint, hint Mikey for valentines day).
1. I’m all caught up on This Is Us. Can’t love that show enough. I kept holding my breath thinking Jack was going to die on their 10th birthday. But then we see it’s sometime when they are teenagers. I still cried. I’m going to cry buckets when Randall’s dad William dies. I’m saving The Affair season 3 to binge watch and I keep reading how everyone thinks this season sucks, so now I’m all WAH! and not in a hurry to watch it. Haven’t really watched anything else besides my fav bad reality TV- Ladies of London, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Teen Mom 2(oh so retched), My 600lb life, can you even believe I waste brain cells on this shit?
2. I finished the book Commonwealth by Ann Patchett. Really good read. Kept me interested and I like how you got a little perspective from all the characters throughout the book. Except I would’ve like a little more from the mom Beverly. But I recommend this book for a good little fictional read.
3. I’m done watching any of the awards shows. Too much political bullshit. I’ll just watch Fashion Police the next day to see all of the outfits the stars wore. It’s more fun to watch anyway.
4. Not watching the superbowl. It’s tempting me though to make all the good party food and snacks. Maybe I still will make food and we can just find a good movie to watch.
