what up wednesdays

just a few things I’ve been up to lately….

• Reading the book The Bronze Horseman by Paullina Simons.  I CANNOT put it down!!!It’s a trilogy so at least I know the story continues once I finish the book.  It’s a love story set in 1941 when Russia was invaded by Hitler.  It’s copyright is 2001. I don’t normally like books dealing with anything Hitler or war so my mom never gave me the books to read.  It just so happens one day we were talking about our all time favorite books and she said my Aunt Connie’s favorite was the Bronze Horseman.  She dug the books out for me and it was interesting to see the inside of the book signed by all the people that read it in my family.  My mom, Aunt Connie, Aunt Betty, cousin Kim, Cousin Tammy, and my Aunt Dorothy.  My mom thinks my dad may have read it too he just forgot to put his name in it.  It was like looking at a library card.  Remember those? Anyway, did I mention I cannot put it down.  All 800+ pages of it.
•  TV wise I’m not into anything.  Fear the walking dead finale- blah. Empire-nah.  Has anyone watched Blood and Oil? Any thoughts?
• So I think I finally figured out how to rotate pictures so that people with ipads, iphones, etc can see my pics the normal way on my blog.  I actually went back through some older posts and fixed them. I still have a few more to do because it takes a really long time but it’s so embarrassing to have my blog look so stupid to like half the population.  You know like all 4 out of 8 people that actually read this blog haha!
