just a few things I’ve been up to lately……

Made these low carb fish taco bowls one night for dinner. They are so easy and so delish.
His Aunt Nay bought him a cookie monster cookie on a stick from a local farmers market..
Mike is now on the 3rd book in the Dune series of books. I just love how much he’s enjoying reading right now. Until I ask him to do something around the house and it doesn’t get done because he can’t take his nose out of the book.
Playing with aqua beads. It’s the 1st time we ever tried aqua beads and I do believe I liked it more than Jackson did. He just enjoyed spraying water all over the projects.
Our finished project. I found this little kit as a special buy at Aldi.
Cookies! But not for Jackson or the wedding. They were for me. They’re these really healthy breakfast cookies that I just so happened to have all the ingredients for so I decided to make them on a whim. They are REALLY good! I found the recipe here.
