This crisp and refreshing salted caramel apple whiskey sour elevates a traditional whiskey sour using apple bourbon and salted caramel sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces apple bourbon
  • 1 ounce lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 1/2 ounce maple syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon salted caramel sauce/diip or regular caramel
  • 1/4 tsp coarse salt

Instructions
 

  • First place a small amount of caramel and salt on a plate. Dip the rim of the glass in the caramel and then the salt. Set aside.
  • In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine the apple bourbon, lemon juice, and maple syrup. Shake well. Pour into the glass rimmed with salted caramel.
