This martini tastes like sipping on sunshine while sitting on a beach. Just 3 simple ingredients and you will be transported to an island in the Caribbean.
I usually think of a fruity frozen drink when I think about “beachy” cocktails. So I think of this as a more sophisticated “beachy” cocktail. Maybe one you’re drinking while you’re sitting on your balcony listening to the waves before you head out for dinner. Am I painting a nice picture for you? Do you want me to stop saying “beachy?” Is it even a word?
This caribbean martini is sweet and fruity without being too sweet. The 3 simple ingredients are vanilla vodka, coconut rum, and pineapple juice. In my opinion. anything with coconut rum reminds me of the beach.
