This pumpkin chai cocktail is a sweet and savory, mildly spicy drink that’s the perfect fall cocktail.
So I hear that an iced pumpkin cream chai tea latte is the hot new item at Starbucks. I’ve never tried one. Now I’ve always been a fan of a PSL but I like my lattes hot. I think I may have tried an iced PSL once. So instead of jumping on that bandwagon, I decided to try out a pumpkin and chai tea drink that’s not a latte because it sounded really good. And it is! There’s just something about the taste of pumpkin with all of the spices of chai tea that really come together in this drink. Plus the addition of Licor 43 which has a slightly sweet vanilla taste to help round it all out.
Ingredients for pumpkin chai cocktail
pumpkin vodka
licor 43
chai tea- steeped and cooled, or just use cold water
cinnamon stick for garnish
Recipe
First, prepare chai tea according to package directions. Secondly, add the chai tea, pumpkin vodka, and licor 43 to a shaker with ice. Shake well. Lastly, pour into a glass, adding more ice if necessary. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

1 ounce pumpkin vodka
2 ounces chai tea, brewed or steeped according to package directions
1 ounce licor 43
cinnamon stick for garnish, optional
