raspberry rosé bourbon cocktail

raspberry rose bourbon cocktail

I’m having some fun coming up with wine cocktails. Specifically rosé wine since that is the kind we made ourselves. Half of our bottles are already gone with most of those being xmas gifts. I’m not keeping track of how many I went through already haha.

This cocktail is very refreshing and you only get a hint of that bourbon taste for all of you scaredy cats that don’t think you like bourbon. Don’t worry, I was one of you too. I should make it my mission to get you to like bourbon because I bet you will. And not just when you’re a 60 year old man drinking bourbon with coke. But anyway, this cocktail has a unique taste from the raspberries and a kind of slight smokey taste from the bourbon and the rosé pulls it all together by not being too sweet or too dry. I actually surprised myself on how good it tasted.
