Italian cream sodas are a popular non alcoholic drink that uses a flavored syrup, sparkling water like a club soda, and cream or some form of dairy, They are incredibly refreshing and indulgent. Interestingly, the Italian cream soda did not originate in Italy. Around for almost 100 years, Italian cream sodas were invented by Torani- a company based in California that makes flavored syrups.

Instead of using flavored syrup for my recipe, I decided to spike it with alcohol. I used Chambord to give it a raspberry/ black raspberry flavor and pretty pink color.

A popular thing to do is have a flavored cream soda bar at a party. There are so many options of syrup flavors to use. You could then set out some Chambord for the adults to use instead of the syrup. Then it’s drinks for everybody!
