what up wednesdays

just a few things I’ve been up to lately……

It seemed like a semi busy bit semi low key week. I seemed to have forgotten to take many pictures. Like last Thursday, we went swimming at my friends house- no pics. This past Monday Jax started Kinder Camp. It’s like a pre kindergarten get ready for Kindergarten kinda thing for a few hours a day M-TH for 4 weeks. The whole thing is optional including days, times, weeks. So I sent him 2 days this week. I didn’t take any pictures and I didn’t cry when I dropped him off because it’s not real kindergarten. Now it will be a different story come August 24th.

He was playing something and put a pan on his head and asked me to take a pic. All I could think about was a little people toy we had growing up that was a little boy with a red pan on his head and we called him “pan head.”

My sweet sissy picked up and delivered to me 2 of my favorite fruits- Black raspberries and homegrown peaches.

I started a new book. It’s actually from 2021. My mom has a note in it to give it back to her which means she really really liked it. It has a stories of different characters for each chapter and how their lives get connected from a chance encounter and a list of books to read at a local library. Since I’ve been spending so much time at my local library lately with Jax and story time, I really like it so far and I’m only a few chapters in.
