just a few things I’ve been up to lately….
That’s my girl Melissa, one of my besties, it was her birthday and we celebrated at a local winery. They have an awesome patio by a lake with bands every weekend so we met there for a most enjoyable “happy hour.” (Wine glasses optional haha)
These pics were from last year when we visited New York. Ellis island was closed so we rode the staten island ferry so that I could see the statue of liberty. My sister and her family were there this past weekend and they went to ellis island and she found my grandfather’s name!!! So exciting. My grandfather and his mother came to America from Croatia and their names are at ellis island!!
This is my liquor cabinet. Adorable right? I’m in the process of stocking it up. Funny thing is that just when I think I’m stocked up, things keep disappearing. Like my bourbon. And tequila. And irish cream. And blueberry wine. And vodka. Don’t judge me!! It’s been a bit of a rough summer.
Just sippin some sangria while enjoying the beautiful weather on a balcony at a local restaurant. And admiring my man’s awesome black and gray tattoo he got recently. I have a delicious sangria recipe coming soon on this here lil blog.
