what up wednesdays

Just a few things I’ve been up to lately…..

• Not blogging. WAH.  I did change the way the blog looks.  I think it’s just temporary though.  I’m trying out different “free themes.”  But my excuse for not blogging is that I’ve been banging my head off a wall because I am soooo extremely technologically challenged and  just when I think I can finally get this blog rolling, I add a pinterest button so you/I can “pin it” and then realize that my pictures on apple products and pinterest are all sideways. WTF!!!! I have zero patience trying to figure this shit out.  So I went out and bought one of those fancy pants little cameras with attachable lenses and all that shit. Which is eventually what I wanted to do anyway, just not until I could get this blog going.  So now it’s going to take me approximately 2.7 years to figure out how to use this camera. Ummph.

• If you remember last Wednesday was Elaine’s 40th birthday.  We met up with my bestest and we all went to breakfast and then shopped til we dropped.  Sadly no alcohol or partying was involved.  Elaine’s gotta a little crazytown happening right now so she will soon need a little happy hour party to relieve some stress.
• I’m still reading the same book as last week.  My boyfriend is reading “the DaVinci Code” and absolutely loves it and cannot put it down.  Which is awesome coming from someone who doesn’t read very often.  I read that book years ago and really liked it myself but can barely remember what happened in it.
• TV wise we’re still binge watching The Wire.  We have 1 more episode of The Walking Dead season 5 left.  That show drives me crazy.  It’s like the suspense of what’s going to happen next is just too much.  And Fear the Walking Dead is getting good but all I to do is yell at the TV “you have to shoot them in the head!!!” My guilty pleasures are still the Real Housewives of Orange County, Mistresses which is over now, Ladies of London because I love all things British, and one of my favorite shows ever which I always forget to say I love is Ridiculousness.  Ridic, right? Haha.
