- 1 oz espresso
- 1 1/2 ounces amaretto
- 4 ounces hot milk any kind of milk
- 1 Tbl cocoa
- 1 squirt whipped cream optional
- 1 pinch cocoa powder optional
First, I made the espresso. I used instant espresso from Delallo's. Second, I heated the milk. Then I combined the espresso, amaretto, cocoa, and hot milk in a cup. I used a frother to blend it all together. You can also use a whisk or shake it in a jar. This step just gives it that foamy affect and isn't necessary for the taste. Add whipped cream to the top and dust lightly with a pinch of cocoa powder.
