Bbq pepper jack meatloaf with air fryer roasted poatoes

Ingredients
1egg
1cupseasoned breadcrumbs
1poundlean ground beef
1poundlean ground turkey
pinchsalt and pepper
1 1/2cupsshredded pepper jack cheese
1/2 cupbarbecue sauce
24 ozbag of baby mixed potatoes
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/2 tsponion powder
1/4tspchili powder
1/4tspsmoked paprika
1/4tsp salt
1pinchpepper
1tspolive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degreesIn a large bowl, combine the egg, breadcrumbs, ground turkey, ground beef, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Press 3/4 of mixture onto the bottom and halfway up the sides of a greased 8x4x2 inch loaf pan. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the meat. Pat remaining mixture over cheese. Pour barbecue sauce over the top.Bake, uncovered for 1 hour or until meat thermometer reads 165 degrees. Let stand for 15 minutes (or longer) before slicing.While the meatloaf is baking, cut baby potatoes in half and place in a medium size bowl. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper over potatoes and drizzle with olive oil and mix well. Place potatoes in a 400 degree air fryer for 18-20 minutes. Shake potatoes halfway through.
