This chocolate mixed berry protein shake is my favorite combination of berries, chocolate protein powder, milk, banana and peanut butter.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or nut butter of choice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
