Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Galliano
  • 1 oz creme de cacao
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice, or small ice cubes

Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Method
 

  1. Blend all ingredients at low speed for 10-15 seconds. Pour into a pre chilled champagne glass. Or you can omit the crushed ice and blender and fill a cocktail shaker with the ingredients and regular ice. Shake well and strain into a pre chilled cocktail glass.
