  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz sweet vermouth
  • 1 oz pickled beet brine
  • 2 pickled beets for garnish
  • 1 pickled egg for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine vodka, vermouth, and pickled beet brine. Shake well. Pour into a chilled glass. Garnish with a pickled egg and sliced beets.
