Ingredients
- 2 ounces rum
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1.5 ounces cream of coconut or coconut milk
- 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 mamraschino cherry for garnish optional
- 1 wedge pineapple for garcish optional
Instructions
- In a blender, combine white rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut or coconut milk, pineapple chunks, and ice. Blend until smooth. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, pineapple wedge, and cocktail umbrella, optional.
