  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1.5 ounces cream of coconut or coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 mamraschino cherry for garnish optional
  • 1 wedge pineapple for garcish optional

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine white rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut or coconut milk, pineapple chunks, and ice. Blend until smooth. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, pineapple wedge, and cocktail umbrella, optional.
